ISO 2873

Storage and transportation stages are as important as the production stage of a product. The more appropriate the packaging of the product, the more it will prevent the products from being damaged during transportation and storage processes.

Within the scope of the “ISO 2873: Packaging — Complete, filled transport packages and unit loads — Low pressure test” standard, it is aimed to determine the performance of the products to be transported in aircraft under low pressure.

This test method is used for packaging materials intended to be carried on pressurized airplanes flying at any altitude and unpressurized airplanes flying at an altitude of 3500 m or less.
