ISO 8318

A sinusoidal vibration test is performed using variable frequencies on a package to be transported filled within the scope of ISO 8318 standard. Sinusoidal vibration tests are performed with 2 different methods.

With the performed sinusoidal vibration tests, it is aimed to determine the performance of a package during transportation. Packages can be measured as a single test to detect the effects of vertical vibration, or as a series of vibration tests where the package is predicted to be damaged.
