ISO 8768

The ISO 8768 standard covers the test procedures carried out in order to detect problems that may be encountered in the event of a completely filled package overturning during storage and transportation.

Within the scope of test procedures, it is aimed to determine the possibility of any damage to the contents of a package when it is exposed to overturning, and to determine the protection and durability performance of the package.

The test, which is complementary to the tests described in ISO 2244, ISO 2248 and ISO 2876, can be used to have information about the performance of packages that are long relative to the bottom dimensions.
